How long does processing take?
Most channels under 50 videos complete in under 2 hours. Channels with 200+ videos typically finish overnight. You'll get an email the moment your export is ready.
What if I'm not satisfied with the results?
You can test quality before buying. Process any video free, no credit card needed. Since each video costs real compute to transcribe, we can't offer refunds after processing, but you'll know exactly what to expect.
How accurate are the transcriptions?
We use DeepGram Nova-3 with keyword boosting tuned to your channel. Accuracy is typically 90-95% on clear audio. We recommend testing with your free trial video first.
What if my videos don't have captions?
We automatically use speech-to-text for videos without captions. Works regardless.
What languages do you support?
Currently English only, with Spanish, French, German, and Portuguese coming in Q2 2026. Speaker labeling works best with English audio.
Are there limits on video length or channel size?
No video length limits. Plans are based on total minutes processed: Starter (300), Creator (700), Pro (1,600), and Business (4,000). Total processing estimates are shown at checkout.
Can I use this for private videos?
Currently we only process public YouTube videos. Private video support coming later.
Can I import transcripts into my note-taking app?
Yes! Export as Markdown with timestamps and chapter breakdowns for direct import. Perfect for building a knowledge base from video content.
Do you keep my transcripts?
We process and deliver, then delete. Your files are yours. We don't host long-term.
